North Central Corridor is prime real estate and is defined by 7th Avenue to 7th Street and Missouri and Northern Avenue. Central Avenue runs up the center of the corridor with plenty of restaurant and coffee shop options. While it is close to downtown Phoenix it also has a bit of rural feel. You'll find many ranch style homes on large irrigated lots with other architectural styles intermixed. Expect to pay $500,000 or more for a home in the desirable north central corridor.
Known as “the trail with shade” due to its many olive and mesquite trees, Murphy’s Bridle Path is a packed dirt surface that is 2.5 miles long. It begins at the corner of Bethany Home Road and Central Avenue and runs along the homes of Central Avenue and connects to the Arizona Canal Path. The multi-use path is popular with cyclists, walkers and running groups.
